We want you to know about the personal data processing carried out by SIPRP and your rights as a data subject.

This Policy aims to describe the data that SIPRP processes, whom they refer to, how they are collected and processed, on what grounds and for which purposes, the storage periods, with whom they are shared, how you can exercise your rights and how to contact us.

 

Data

Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, such as a name, address, e-mail, age, marital status, location, genetic, physiological, economic, cultural or social data.

- Identification data (i.e., name, gender, address, date of birth, citizen card data, tax identification number, nationality);

- Professional data (e.g., position, professional category, job, recruitment date, place of business).

Personal data subjects are the natural persons to whom the data refer.

The categories of personal data listed above may belong to Customer Employees (companies), counterparts, trainees, applicants.

SIPRP collects the personal data in various ways: when you send us an e-mail, through contacts on the social networks, when you complete a form provided by SIPRP, when you subscribe to our information or events, when you answer an invitation, when you give us a business card, when you submit a job application, when you attend our training actions.

The personal data that you provide us with will also be processed for the purposes indicated at the time of their collection.

 

Purposes

SIPRP is responsible for the processing of personal data and will only process your personal data when:

1. SIPRP has a legitimate interest to do so, provided that, according to the case in question, this interest is compliant with the applicable legislation and your rights, namely, for:

- Providing services;

- Sending information and communications (i.e., newsletters, notices);

- Providing information about our activities, training actions, campaigns, events, among other issues that we consider to be of interest;

- Maintaining a contractual or precontractual relationship;

- Contacting Customers;

- Conducting questionnaires.

2. SIPRP has obtained your consent to process your personal data for specific, explicit and legitimate purposes.

The personal data that you provide us with will also be processed for the purposes indicated at the time of their collection.

Timeframes

It is our policy to keep the data only for the period required to enable observance of the purposes for which they were collected. Nevertheless, in certain cases we may keep the data for longer periods, particularly when this is imposed by the law.

 

Sharing

SIPRP does not convey your personal data to third parties, except when this proves necessary for the provision of the services that have been hired and for compliance with the legal obligations.

The transfer of data to third parties is carried out in accordance with the applicable legislation on matters of data protection and within the limits, purposes and grounds defined in this Policy.

SIPRP cannot share your personal data with suppliers and providers that render services to SIPRP under the purposes described above (i.e., providers of IT and communication services).

SIPRP follows a very strict security policy, employing appropriate measures to ensure the protection of your personal data and prevent their access to unauthorised persons. However, the transfer of information via the internet is never completely secure, and we cannot absolutely guarantee the security of the information conveyed through our website.

We also respect the confidentiality of your information. As such, we do not sell, distribute or in any manner commercially provide your information to any entity. Right to Erasure

You have the right to request the erasure of your personal data in certain situations.

 

Right to Restriction of Processing

You have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data in certain situations.

 

Right to Object

In cases where the data processing was carried out for the effect of legitimate interests pursued by SIPRP, or the data processing was carried out for purposes of direct marketing or definition of profiles, you may also, at any time, object to the processing of your personal data.

 

Right to Data Portability

You have the right to request SIPRP to provide the personal data in a commonly used format and have the right to transmit those data to another controller responsible for the processing.
